Fidel has been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and prides himself in serving others. Previously to opening Los Tacos, he was the maitre d’ at Maldonado’s Supper Club, a four star restaurant in Pasadena where he developed a palate for fine foods and wines. After the birth of his first daughter, Diana, Fidel decided to open Los Tacos restaurant where he fused his knowledge of fine foods and the traditional recipes he learned from his parents and memories of his childhood in Mexico. For several years, Fidel was on a mission to explore and develop recipes and shortly after the birth of his second daughter, Audrey, Los Tacos opened its doors at 1 West California Blvd in Pasadena.
